• If you have 5 or less Expatriates they can be recruited directly by XMS
• If you have more than 5 expatriates XMS will form a dedicated subsidiary (hub) to handle your expatriates from Geneva, London or Singapore
  XMS assigns them to their host country

Host country subsidiary

If a host country subsidiary is compulsory Xms forms for you a dedicated local company

XMS administration

For both international portage and local subsidiary XMS handles all administration work (immigration, relocation, contract, salary, payroll, tax, medical expenses pension, accountancy, etc…
XMS Invoices everx month the designated company of all expenses (salary, expenses, XMS fees)
